Winter Western Cup 2016

The Winter Western Cup was a complete success despite the soggy back 9 weather.  Feedback from our second winter golf outing in Surrey, British Columbia at Pagoda Ridge Golf Club was very positive.  CGTF members were very happy to play in hard rains for up to 9 holes just to get an opportunity to network with each other.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to see first hand the progress that our members are making on the west coast.  It is building in popularity and members were present from PEI, Calgary, Ontario and of course the lower mainland Vancouver area.

Not only are there some great players, and instructors sharing the passion for the game but more importantly it show cases the genuine character that is common in CGTF members.  This event is so fun to play because the pressure is off as we all try to just get through a BC winter round of golf.  If you are able to make it next February, it will not disappoint.
